We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not activated or used your eSIM. Once an eSIM has been activated or data has been consumed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your eSIM, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@esim.com.pk with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Activated eSIMs, partially used data plans, and eSIMs purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refunds. Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
